Course Objective

This course is aimed to gain knowledge, skills and attitudes in the preparation and implementation of individual and group career intervention programs for disadvantaged societies, minorities and groups with different characteristics (eg immigrants, disability, sentencing, retirees etc).

1   Explain the basic concepts of disadvantaged and minority groups.
2   Evaluate approaches to disadvantaged and minority groups.
3   Prepare individual and group career intervention programs for disadvantaged and minority groups.
