Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop the mathematics student teachers' abilities regarding assessment and evaluation which is important in the teaching process and to enable them to use those abilities concerning how they use them effectively.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to comprehend the main concepts of the assessment and evaluation.
2   Students will be able to comprehend the assessment and evaluation insight in the mathematics curricula.
3   Students will be apply the traditional assessment and evaluation techniques when necessary.
4   Students will be able to apply the alternative assessment and evaluation techniques.
5   Students will be able to comprehend the place of the assessment and evaluation in the mathematics education.
