Course Objective

The aim of this course is to support to be constructed conceptual foundations of the topics in learning areas of numbers and algebra, to be related the concepts with each other, to be formed different representations and to be understood conversions among these representations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students should explain the basic concepts and features of the numbers and algebra in the mathematics curriculum.
2   Students should know the relation between the concepts related to numbers and concepts in the mathematics curriculum.
3   Students should notice that mathematics can help to solve the problems by using the algebraic expressions.
4   Students should express mathematical concepts with multiple representations and conversions among them.
