Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students learn political, social and cultural changes and transformations that European History experienced since Industrial Revolution.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to summarise political, social and economical changes in European History since 18th century
2   To be able to explain Enlightenment concept
3   To be able to tell the colonial activities of the European states
4   To be able to write the causes and consequences of World Wars I. and II.
5   To be able to analyze the movements of independence in 20. century
