Course Objective

The rules governing the social life, classification of legal principles, law, morality, legal values, order of law, positive - natural law, different legal definitions, problems about sanctions in law, the concept of rights, the hierarchy of legal rules, methods of interpretation in law, law-making techniques, civil jurisdiction, courts, reasoning in law, division of public and private law, explanations on the different branches of law, the basic concepts of law and institutions, to gain general information on legal trends.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows and explains the rules regulating social life, the general principle of law, the legal principles and the concepts.
2   Understands and applies the logic of solutions to current legal problems.
3   Classifies in various aspects of the rules and grades.
4   Explains the branches of law with samples.
5   Helps to explain the general structure of the judicial organization.
