Course Objective |
The rules governing the social life, classification of legal principles, law, morality, legal values, order of law, positive - natural law, different legal definitions, problems about sanctions in law, the concept of rights, the hierarchy of legal rules, methods of interpretation in law, law-making techniques, civil jurisdiction, courts, reasoning in law, division of public and private law, explanations on the different branches of law, the basic concepts of law and institutions, to gain general information on legal trends. |
