Course Objective

An introductory survey of the business world, government and society; basic business functions and their interrelationships; production, finance, marketing, research and development; introduction to management functions; organization.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to plan and supervise projects with the ability of analytical thinking.
2   To be able to follow developments on science and technology and to renew the knowledge of statistics with the consciousness about lifelong learning.
3   To be able to introduce and apply projects in terms of civic engagement.
4   To be able to follow the current news on statistics and to communicate with their colleagues through English language.
5   To be able to tell theoretical and technical information easily to both experts in detail and non-experts in basic and comprehensible way.
