Course Objective

To implement all healthy interpersonal communications realized in the organized place and time in the context of existing sovereignty relations. To make acquired communications skills to overcome the conflicting situations which may possibly arise in this process

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knowing the importance of process, elements, types of communication, functions
2   To be efficent in the interpersonal communications including organizational ones and managing the conflicts which may arise
3   To overcome the handicaps in explaining oneself and able to the skills to Express in the right manner
4   Efficent listening and able to the empathetic appoach skills.
5   To be competent in verbal and able to the nonverbal communications.
6   Preparing CV and able to the skills of implementing all the negotiations, especially work application interviews effectively

7 Theory of multiple intelligence and EQ

9 Factors of Non-verbal communication/ First Impression / Tonal Attributes
10 Gesture and facial expression / Cultural differences and similarities
11 Effective and empathetical listening
12 Effective expression principles, preparing presentations and speaking to people
13 Preparing CVs and interviews
14 Types of interviews, things to be done during interviews
