Course Objective

To gain the students the importance of natural and healthy nutrition, struggling with obesity, knowing what need to be done for healty growing and development, struggling with dependency (like alcohol, tobacco etc.) and the basic concepts of first aid.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to have the knowledge of basic concepts in healthy nutrition
2   Being able to explain relation of obesity and nutrition
3   Being able to gain the sensivity about dependency (alcohol, tobacco etc.)
4   Being able to have the knowledge about being carefull in Traffic
5   Being able to comprehend the importance of first aid
