Course Objective

To teach students business communication methods, intercultural communication culture, cultural codes of the partner's language, etiquette in Russian and methods of commercial communication.

5   5. The success of any professional activity largely depends on how skillfully the process of oral business communication is established: making a speech, negotiating, holding a meeting, talking on the phone, mastering the techniques of ethical forms of communication.

3 3. Written and oral business communication 13. Documents. Document types. Petition.
4 4. Business correspondence in Russian (documents, types of documents, official letters, autobiography, summary, letter of recommendation, letter of complaint). 14. Official letters. Autobiography
5 5. Features of telephone conversation in business communication. Spoken business Russian ( business conversation, telephone conversation).
6 6. Types of questions in a job interview. Techniques for self-expression and empowerment in a job interview.
7 7. Midterm exam
8 8. Business colloquial terms
9 9. Types of speech culture in business communication (elite, average literary, literary, local and professional speech culture).
10 10. Principles of speech behavior in business communication.
