Course Objective

To teach students to use Russian language skills and grammatical knowledge in writing and speaking.

1 1. Speech culture; Speech Content, power of expression, clarity. 11. Electronic communication; Forms and functions.
2 2. Harmonious and discordant speech; Conditions for successful communication. 12. The national internet system as a type of electronic communication.
3 3. Communication mistakes; Causes, warnings and ways of overcoming. 13. Virtual language identifier
4 4. Ethical rules of spoken and written language. 14. Review of the material.
5 5. Speech ethics, rules of speech ethics, Russian speech ethics.
6 6. Types of communication: interpersonal, international, intercultural, national.
7 7. Midterm exam
8 8. Intercultural communication and cultural dialogue; Culture clash, culture shock.
9 9. Translation as a type of intercultural communication.
10 10. Features of communication in modern information and communication era.
