Course Objective

To teach students how to translate various Turkish texts into Russian on the basis of translation theories and methods, taking into account the rules of the target language.

3   3.Develop strategies to solve the problems they face during translation based on the achievements acquired.

5 5. Translation and Culture.
6 6. Translation of Cultural texts from Turkish into Russian.
7 7. Midterm exam
8 8. Translation of Official Correspondence from Turkish into Russian.
9 9. Translation of Official Correspondence from Turkish into Russian. (on various topics)
10 10. Translation of scientific texts from Turkish into Russian.

2. Participation in the midterm and final activities will be taken into account in the evaluation.
3. Attempts to cheat and plagiarize in the midterm and final exams will be evaluated as 0 (zero).
