1 1. Speech culture; Fluency, expressiveness, clarity of speech. 11. Teaching effective presentation techniques.
2 2. Asking questions to get information / take the floor / be able to return to the topic / make excuses. Congruent and dissonant speech. 12. Empathy/interview.
3 3. Expressing surprise/commenting on an unpleasant situation/changing the subject. Communication mistakes. 13. Presentations.
4 4. Discussing the agenda / giving personal opinions / guessing. Labels of spoken and written language. 14. Presentations.
5 5. Generating a solution/ Discussing a problem/ Discussing by establishing a cause-effect relationship/ drawing attention to important points. Speech label, formulas of speech label; Business label. 15. General review
