Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to know the definitions and concepts of in-service training, to raise awareness of the importance of in-service training, to understand the necessity of in-service training, to know the methods for the preparation of the programs and to make them able to practice. . The aim of the course is to enable students who receive sports management training to prepare in-service training programs for their fields of study and thus to ensure institutional efficiency.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Defines in-service training.
2   Explain the importance and purpose of in-service training.
3   Explain the types of in-service training and exemplify sports training.
4   Knows the application for the preparation of in-service training programs (determination of the goals, selection of the personnel, instructor and manager to participate).
5   Explains the "teaching processes" for the preparation of in-service training programs.

Students who break the harmony of the lesson during the lesson will be asked to leave the lesson before continuing.
