Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the basic concepts of production metallurgy, to present the processes used in metallurgical production processes to students with their industrial applications, and to teach metal production technologies.

1   To comprehend metallurgical raw materials, metallurgical pre-processes,
2   To learn pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy and electrometallurgical processes,
3   To evaluate metals, metal production and recycling
4   Ability to use basic knowledge in metal production
