Course Objective

Social security law is one of the most important values of our age. The principle of "social security from cradle to grave", which exists in universal law, is also a very important target for our country. Studies to be carried out and to be conducted for determining the position of our country in our country and evolving for the better in the master's degree at such an important course
It will be examined and students will be provided with information at the level of expertise for the Turkish social security system.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Determination of the problems arising in the place and function of social security law in our country and search for solutions
2   Historical development of social security law in our country and determination of its current effects
3   To teach systems and applications that affect social security law in our country
4   Determination of the relationship between social security law and social assistance law and the obligations of public institutions on this issue
5   Turkish practice regarding health insurance and services as a new institution
