2   Being able to consider the sanctions applicable to the traffic crimes.
3   Being able to act in a delibrative manner about the daily legal problems relating to the traffic.
4   Being able to express the procedure relating to the traffic offenses.
5   Being able to distinguish the traffic offenses and the traffic faults.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 The term offense generally and the legal characteristics of the traffic crimes
2 The role of the criminal law on the highway traffic
3 The use of alcohol, drug and marihuana at the traffic
4 The criminologic appearances of the driving under the effect of the drug.
5 The typology of the traffic criminal
6 Reckless homicide and the reckless injury
7 Endanger the security of the traffic, reckles endanger the security of the traffic
8 The sanctioned acts in the Higway Traffic Law
9 The penalties and the sanctions applied to the traffic offeneses
10 The judgement of the traffic offenses
11 Determination of the rate of the alcohol in the blood and the breath in the criminal prosedural law.
12 The dark area relating to the alcoholly driving cases.
