Course Objective |
To teach the students, concept of Constitutional Jurisdiction, its organs and types of constitutional review, the preventive dutys, preventive functions for protecting the constitutional balances, constructions and formations, duties and power of fundamental rights and freedoms in comparative law and Constitutional Court in Turkey, the concept of constitutionality complex, working and judgment method of Constitutional Courts, legal conclusions and effects of their decisions. |
