Course Objective

To enable cabin crew to communicate effectively with different cultures and people while working as a team with the flight operation ,
To insure that cabin attendants have knowledge of etiquette, elegance, courtesy and protocol rules.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to explain the basic concepts of communication and effective communication methods.
2   Students will be able to explain nonverbel communication, communication barriers and prepare a speech text.
3   Students will be able to explain the social behavior rules; the rules of etiquette, courtesy, elegance and protocol.
4   Students will be able to can explain the protocol rules encountered in different cultures, in particular cabin services.

Exams: There will be held on two in class exams; midterm exam and final exam during the semester.
Grades: 50 % Midterm Exam, 50 % Final Exam, 50 % Make-up Exam.
