Course Objective

This course aims to provide students with the basic business English that will be used and used to communicate with passengers from the start of an aircraft to the landing.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to able to communicate effectively with vocational English in ordinary and unusual situations.
2   Students will also be able to able to review a vocational English text.
3   Students will also be able to follow a vocational English conversation at the basic level
4   Students will also be able to communicate verbally using general and vocational English.
5   Students will be able to gain basic knowledge of the cab Services job search process

8 Dealing with complaints about other passengers. Managing disruptive passengers. Case study
9 Preparing for landing. Making fi nal announcements and checks

Assessment Criteria

Exams: There will be held on two in class exams; midterm exam and final exam during the semester.
Grades: 50 % Midterm Exam, 50 % Final Exam, 50 % Make-up Exam.
