Course Objective

To teach laboratory safety, preparation, cleaning and working rules; to introduce the materials, equipment, devices and basic chemicals used in the laboratory; teach basic laboratory techniques and calculations; to gain working competence in the laboratory.

3   Explains basic laboratory techniques
4   Performs basic laboratory calculations
5   Gain skills in laboratory preparation, sample preparation, concentration calculation, use of analytical balance and result interpretation.
