Course Objective

In pediatric patients; application of clinical treatment methods, examination, treatment planning, restorative treatments and materials, diagnosis of eruption and developmental anomalies, and prophylactic treatments.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Applies restorative treatments and root canal treatment in primary and young permanent teeth.
2   Applies restorative treatments in anterior and posterior primary teeth with excessive substance loss
3   Applies placeholder and child prostheses in children.
4   Diagnoses and prophylactic treatments of eruption and developmental anomalies.
5   Takes protective measures against the development of caries.
