1. The student should be able to define communication, explain the communication process and its elements.
2. The student should be able to give examples of listening and feedback mechanisms in effective communication.
3. The student should be able to comprehend the importance of communication in the classroom as a teacher.
4. The student should be able to identify the factors that hinder communication.
5. The student should be able to define the importance of communication with the patient.
