Course Objective

The aim of this course is for students to be able to understand and express the relations of forensic medical facts and events with legal concepts, and to have the knowledge and skills to present them to the judicial authorities in the form of a report.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Learns the rules to which he is subject while practicing the profession of medicine.
2   2. Learns the main technical and scientific information and analysis methodology necessary for the resolution of forensic cases.
3   3. Have the knowledge and skills to understand and express the relations of forensic medical cases and events with legal concepts, and to present them to the judicial authorities in the form of a report.
4   4. Learns the regulations and evaluations related to medicine and forensic medicine in Turkish Law.

1. The student should be able to define the rules to which they are subject while practicing the profession of medicine.
