Course Objective

To teach patient examination, treatment planning, removable and fixed prosthetic treatments, materials used and properties of ideal prosthetic restoration in prosthetic dental treatment.

1   Knows the acceptable clinical form of prosthetic restoration
2   Knows the effects of prosthetic restoration on stomatognathic system
3   Knows the types of movable and fixed restorations and application principles.
4   Recognizes the problems arising from existing restorations.
