Course Objective

To give basic information about tooth anatomy, physiology and occlusion, as well as to teach various prosthetic restorations and material properties.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student who successfully completes this course defines basic dentistry terms.
2   The student who successfully completes this course will have information about dental anatomy and physiology.
3   The student who successfully completes this course will have information about occlusal morphology.
4   This course provides students with the ability to successfully apply the clinical and laboratory stages of basic prosthetic restorations.
5   The student who successfully completes this course will have knowledge of basic dentistry terms.
