Course Objective

The primary purpose of the course is to improve undergraduate learners' career awareness, to make them aware of the expectations and dynamics of business life, to increase their employability by supporting their personal and professional development

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

2   Be able to have self-awareness,

4   Be able to grasp future professions and competencies,
5   Be able to use self-expression and communication skills effectively,

7   Be able to reach the right resources and use the resources effectively in the career planning process.

Assessment Criteria

1. Complete the career-related pre-test and post-test inventory and upload the feedback message to the assignments in OnlineDEU

2. Create a CBIKO Talent Gateway Online Platform Profile and upload the screenshot to assignments in OnlineDEU

3. Taking 4 of the 6 exams in the exams tab in OnlineDEU and getting at least 50 points in total from these exams

4. Completing Linkedin Profiling and Career Goal Setting trainings at BTK Academy and uploading 2 certificates to assignments in OnlineDEU

5. Participate in at least five (5) of the Career Pathway Programs / career events and upload the event participation form to the system from the assignments tab

6. Complete the course evaluation questionnaire and upload it to assignments in OnlineDEU

1. Attending at least 70 percent of lectures is mandatory.
2. Plagiarism of any type will result in disciplinary action.
3. Participation in class discussions is required.
4. It is compulsory to complete the assignments and exams set as success criteria.
