Course Objective

Law of Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets; to examine and teach the basic concepts and rules, other concepts, their legal basis in the context of national and international law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Define the basic concepts concerning the Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets
2   To explain the relationship between Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets and other branches of science except law
3   To compare public and private law in the field of Cultural and Natural Assets
4   To examine the contribution of international law and institutions on conservation of Cultural and Natural Assets
5   To apply the rules for the protection of Cultural and Natural Assets to judicial and administrative judiciary proceedings

6 The concept of the concept of cultural and natural assets and the concept and types of sites in the Law on Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage, numbered 2863.
7 Ministries and public institutions responsible for protecting cultural and natural assets
