Course Objective

The course aims to teach the use of drugs in animals with food value and drug residues in animal foods.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   It expresses the professional responsibilities of veterinarians regarding drug residues.
2   List the negative effects of veterinary drug residues on humans and the food industry.
3   Explains the causes of veterinary drug residues in animal foods and the precautions to be taken.
4   Explains the prohibited drugs in animals with food value by giving examples.
