Course Objective

To learn standard and molecular biological diagnosis methods in important virus, bacterial and fungal infections of poultry and to obtain information about protection from these diseases.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Student knows the standard and molecular biological diagnostic methods in important virus, bacterial and fungal infections of poultry and to obtain information about prevention from these diseases, and also knows the microorganisms that cause disease in poultry and can give an idea about defining them according to their colony and individual morphology and characteristics.
2   Student learns standard laboratory methods and molecular methods in poultry diseases.
3   Student learns prevention and control and methods in poultry diseases.
