Course Objective

To determine the position of the veterinary profession from the past to the present from a historical point of view, to recognize the veterinary profession and thus to adapt to the veterinary faculty and profession.

4 Sources of the history of veterinary medicine and domestication-domestication and the birth of veterinary medicine
5 Veterinary medicine in India, China, Egypt-Mesopotamia, Hittite, Iran, Ancient Greece, Alexandria, Rome and Byzantium
6 Scientific developments and veterinary medicine in the Age of Islamic Civilization and Modern Age, Interaction between civilizations
7 The historical development of the scientific veterinary medicine in the world and Türkiye
