To explain the basic information applicable to pheasant, partridge, duck, goose, quail, turkey and guinea fowl breeding.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Recognizes species that can be grown as an alternative to poultry
2   Has theoretical knowledge about quail, partridge, pheasant, turkey, goose, duck and guinea fowl breeding.
3   Has knowledge about the care, feeding and management of quail, partridge, pheasant, turkey, goose, duck and guinea fowl.
