Course Objective

To provide students with experience and skills in the field of clinical sciences, to increase their ability and knowledge to solve possible problems in the clinic, to observe and teach patient, patient owner and physician communication,to develop the ability to express the findings verbally and in writing by writing the results obtained in the clinic in a report.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Student learns how to approach to patient owner and diseased / injured animals including taking anamnesis
2   Student applies basic and advanced examination methods in the correct order and manner as taught in theoretical lectures
3   Student knows how to evaluate clinical findings and analyze results derived from different techniques for a correct clinical diagnosis
4   Student knows how to select different treatment regimens and to perform basic therapeutical applications
