Course Objective

This course is for students; teaching that psychological skills area important as well as physical skills in sport; in this context, teaching sport psychology topics related optimal performance, and necessary techniques, and providing correct approach in contest and competition process.

3   To comprehend factors that effect athletes in sport field
4   Learning to have psychological perspective of athletes from different age
