Course Objective

Purpose of Musculoskeletal Tissue Engineering course is discussion of cell-based approaches, biocompatible materials and their design, tissue structures and their foundation stones, characteristics of cells, role of stem cells in this process, applications of recent areas and ethical approaches in producing tissue engineering products by knowledge of many disciplines.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have knowledge on analysis of tissue dynamics, cell and tissue homeostasis.
2   To study clinical orthopedics in terms of Musculoskeletal Tissue area
3   To get information about culture types of 2D and 3D
4   To follow up-to-date information
