Course Objective

To provide the students with competences on verbal and written communication with guests in a foreign language during accommodation services.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to use the means of communication in foreign language effectively.
2   Being able to explain the terms of hotel management in foreign language.
3   Being able to establish verbal communication in foreign language effectively.
4   Being able to establish written communication in foreign language effectively.
5   Being able to follow up the developments in hotel management in a foreign language.
