Course Objective

In the light of the basic technological paradigma that creates the information society, the analysis of subsystems and their structuring in the information society, cultural field in the information society, cultural change, the relationship between culture and technology, corporate and organizational cultures in the information society, the effect of cultural values on worldview, cultural values and change in Türkiye, the relationship between education and cultural change and cultural policy in the information society.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to explain the new scientific methods in social science
2   To analyze the social settlement
3   Able to explain the settlement of knowledge society
4   To determine the function of cultural field in different social structures and the socail whole.
5   Able to analyze the historical evolution and circumstance of cultural values of Turkish society
6   To be able to understand the changing process of cultural values of Turkish society
