Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach knowledge about productivity and motivation, to explain the relationship between programs and methods of productivity improvement programs and motivation methods to students and, to gain students the skills for management of human resources efficiently to increase productivity and motivation.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define productivity and motivation concepts
2   Being able to define internal and external factors that effect productivity for enterprises
3   Being able to manage organization development processes and techniques for productivity improvement
4   Being able to manage job satisfaction and job happiness techniques to increase motivation
5   Being able to explain how to manage human resources in an effective way to increase productivity and motivation
