Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach the optical imaging methods (Bioluminescense (BLI), Fluorescence Reflectence Imaging (FRI), Fluorescence Transillumination Imaging (FTI), Optical Tomography (OT)) and its pre-clinical applications
to give the knowledge about in vivo fluorescence imaging and instrumentation, and applications
to have theoretical knowledge about molecular probes and optic signalling molecules
to have the students do the applications in KODAK 4000MM Image Station which is already settled in Medical Biochemistry Department.
