Course Objective

This course is designed to present the basic concepts of HRM from agricultural sector perspective to those who aim to become future expert/manager candidates in different sectors such as agriculture, service, industry and in different institutions such as public, private and NGOs or who have established their own business.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To recognize the basic elements of Human Resources Management and understanding its importance in corporate/local-rural/national development.
2   To develop Strategic Management skills.
3   To understand the role of HRM in performance management and organizational development
4   Global Changes and Trends in Human Resources Management: Examining Digital Transformation and Industrial Dimension
5   Being able to discuss human resources management from the perspective of the agricultural sector
6   To familiarize Human Resources Management practices specifically for Agriculture 4.0/5.0
