Course Objective |
This course aims to analyze the relationship between the armed forces and the civilian governments in a democratic system. The course will concentrate on the approaches to civil-military relations and the impact of civil-military relations on the democratization and the democratic consolidation process with a focus on Latin American and Eastern European countries as well as Türkiye. |
