Course Objective

Course aims to learn about theoretical framework and practices of methods and techniques regarding quality management and to understand how and where these techniques are applied in healthcare organizations. Students completing this lesson should be able to effectively use quality management techniques applied through organizations.

Assessment Criteria

To be able to define methods for measuring service quality in health institutions, to analyze problems related to quality, to be able to create and improve business processes and how to analyze patient needs, their learning levels will be measured in line with participation in discussions during the lessons and answers given to relevant questions in exams.

Attending at least 70 percent of lectures is mandatory.
It's expected to obey scientific research rules and ethics in the preparation of homework presentations
It s expected to support the homework presentations with business applications.
