Course Objective

The course aims to discuss the link between user experience design and graphic design, which is a current design approach in developing digital products. For this purpose, discussions on the definition, function and methods of user experience design and application projects accompanying these discussions are planned as the outputs of the course.

1   Being able to perceive the difference between interface design and user experience

3   To have practical and theoretical knowledge about design test methods
4   Strengthening the relationship between the user and the designer
5   To be able to adapt the concept of co-design to the design processes

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The course starts with the assimilation of the idea of perceiving design as experience in the first stage. In the second stage, the testability of the design and the user-designer relationship are explained. In the next stages, new design proposals are discussed. In the next step, the process is completed with the finalization of the Design phase.
