Course Objective

The main objective of the course is to give the student an elementary introduction to the techniques used for defining, mapping, managing and improving business processes. This course will give insight into how a performance management system relates to process performance and metrics.

2   To be able to define process mapping techniques
3   To be able to explain performance measurement systems.
4   To be able to explain the relations between process management and other management systems.
5   To be able to use basic process improvement tools and techniques
