Assessment Criteria

To be able to define the activities related to creating, applying and improving quality improvement methods in enterprises. To be able to analyze the problems related to quality improvement in enterprises, to create and implement improvement processes. To be able to use and understand quality improvement tools. Learning levels will be measured in accordance with participation in discussions during lectures, presentations and answers to relevant questions in exams.
