Course Objective |
This course aims to equip students with an understanding of the main issues in management of innovation at both strategic and operational levels. The course also studies concept of innovation, its importance in organizations and evidence of different approaches. Besides, the course focuses on strategies, tools and techniques, competencies, external and internal forces shaping strategy for managing innovation process better. Accordingly, firm s innovation capability, characteristics of new projects, core competencies, assessment and intellectual property are studied. |
