Course Objective |
Despite the intensive training of the students on the development of Greek civilization for 3 years, they begin to receive the first comprehensive information about the Roman Civilization, which started to be seen in the 4th grade, in the 4th grade. Although they don't know the mythology, religious or state organization terminology, they start to learn Roman sculpture, architecture, ceramics and numismatics. Due to the fact that the contents of these courses are necessarily too full, the new terminology cannot be covered comprehensively. Therefore, at the end of 3 years, they do not find the possibility to learn much about the terminology related to the religion and state structure of the Roman Civilization, which they saw for the first time in the 4th grade. In this context, in this course, it is aimed to explain the terminology related to the political structure, religious structure and state structure of the Roman Civilization. At the same time, it is aimed to explain the social structure, in short, by examining the elements related to the entire cultural history. |
