Course Objective

The objective of course to teach mechanical calculations for the safety construction of parts, to explain the concepts of load and strength, to give information about the basic principles of mechanics.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To compute mechanical calculations of welded parts
2   To manufacture safety welded parts
3   To predict the risks that may occur in the welded
4   To understand the importance of mechanical concepts such as fatigue, fracture, compression, tension and stress in welded parts.
5   To make strength calculations in welded design
