Course Objective

To give information about the mechanical properties, physical properties and usage purposes of non-ferrous metals used in many areas of industry. To inform students about the welding methods of aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel and magnesium alloys and the welding defects that may be encountered during welding of these alloys.

1   To be informed about the usage areas, mechanical and physical properties of non-ferrous metals.
2   Learning the welding methods of non-ferrous metals
3   Ability to apply non-ferrous metal welding
