1   Being able to give enough information about the services of business to the guests and the other businesses in foreign language
2   Being able to solve the guest complaints in foreign language
3   Being able to communicate with foreign tour operators and agencies in foreign language.

5   Being able to response the complaints and suggestions in written and verbally gotten in foreign language.
