Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the basic concepts of international business law and to provide information about practice of international business law and it's institutions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to learn how to establish and implement an international commercial contract
2   to determine disputes arising from international commercial contracts and to learn alternative dispute resolution
3   to learn how to prevent and to solve legal issues which may occur from the application of international business law.
4   to mastering the use of Delivery Terms and Payment Methods
5   to learn parties obligations in the scope of CISG
